Case Study Program

The Center for Accountability and Performance (CAP) is sponsoring the development of case studies on performance management by graduate students, post-doctoral researchers, and new professors. We are encouraging professors who are teaching courses on performance or evaluation in the fall of 2014 to include, as part of their course design, individual or team assignments to prepare a case study.

Case studies by independent study authors are welcome as well.

A panel of CAP Board members will select the top case studies for presentation on a panel at the March 2015 national conference of the American Society for Public Administration in Washington D.C.  CAP will subsidize the cost of conference registration for the students selected.

Selected case studies will also be made available via the CAP website for classroom use and training purposes, as a way to improve the practice.
