CAP Case Studies may be submitted by graduate students in an MPA, MPP, PhD, or related programs in public policy or public administration. Additionally, post-doctoral researchers may also submit a case study.
Other contributors including recent graduates, academics, non-profits, government employees, and consultants may contribute case studies and present at the ASPA Conference. However, CAP is unable to provide any financial support for these contributors to attend the ASPA Conference
